How to set properties to review

When merging records, you'll be presented with a window and a list of properties. By default, the properties on display are likely to be irrelevant. Luckily, setting which properties to review is easy!

  1. There are multiple ways to merge records. If you're unsure how to merge records, click here. The two most common record merging windows are:
    1. Manage duplicates
      2 - Manage Duplicates
    2. Merge duplicate records
      3 - Merge duplicate records
  2. In the top right corner of the dialogue, choose 'Set properties to review'.
4 - Set properties to review
  3. You'll then be provided with a full list of properties. This list will be different dependent on what type of record it is (Contact, Company, TSH Record, Practitioner Network, or SCITT Trainee).
    1. Start by selecting 'Deselect all properties'.
    2. Then tick each property box you would like in your view (you can also use the search bar to navigate).
    3. Unfortunately, you cannot reorder the properties - they will be displayed in alphabetical order.
    4. At the bottom of this guide is a recommended list for each type of record.
    5. Then press 'Save'.
      5 - Select properties
  4. The list of properties to review will now be updated.
    6 - View updated
