How to set-up your profile
Once you have created your profile, there are a few steps you should take to ensure the correct information is on.
- Click the settings icon in the top menu bar
- Upload a profile image
- Enter your desk phone number in the phone number section. You should include your extension at the end of the number with no spaces (e.g. +44 161 785 50832279)
- Choose your Default Home Page
- Your default home page should be whichever is most useful for you to be welcomed with when you login to Hubspot. This may be the inbox, TSH page, Practitioner Network page, or anything else.
- Set your Working Hours
- To do this, start by choosing 'Edit working hours'
- You can then specify your start time and end time. If this is different on different days, you can specify specific hours per day by clicking '+ Add hours'
- You can also add Out of office events. Please note: if you have connected your Outlook calendar, you can add out of office events to your calendar and categorise them as 'Out of office' and this will automatically reflect in Hubspot. For this to work, scroll to the bottom of your working hours preferences page and tick the box that says 'Sync out of office with your calendar'.
